Where it goes
Not everything belongs in a landfill.
Reusable furniture and household goods are routed to donation partners when condition, timing, and capacity allow. Metal, cardboard, and eligible electronics are separated for recycling.

What the day looks like.
Do I need to move everything outside?
No. Point to items where they sit. Please secure pets, clear personal belongings, and identify anything that must stay.
Can the crew remove items from upstairs or basements?
Yes, when access is safe. Tight stairs, elevators, long carries, and disassembly should be shown in quote photos.
When do I pay?
After the final walkthrough. We accept cards and common digital payment methods; cash is accepted with receipt.
